Probably my most anticipated Glossybox to date. Only because they were delivered in the 2nd week of the new month whereas previously in the 1st week. I try my utmost to avoid Glossybox Facebook and Twitter page during the delivery week because all subscribers are raving and posting pics of their boxes. It's hard, so hard I kept messaging my sister back home to find out if my box arrived last Thursday. Reply after reply said no. I got frustrated, mailed Glossybox to find out when's my baby arriving. Only to get home to see its been delivered early Thursday morning and my sister thought it was funny to see me stress. Ha Ha...NOT!
So I think I've become a little obsessed with Anti-Ageing products, not because I'm afraid of getting old and wrinkly. But because I have the choice of ageing gracefully in conjunction with my good genes.
Jumping straight into my 1st favourite is:
- L'occitane Immortelle Divine Extract - Love me some serum. This fresh citrus scented serum glides onto my skin, enriched with Hyaluronic acid derivative and a Vitamin C derivative said to immediately enhance the skin and visibly improve texture and appearance. This been said, I've tested this over the weekend and I must admit my skin looked more youthful. ♥
- L'occitane Immortelle Divine Cream - Voted BEST ANTI-AGEING MIRACLE CREAM Again an amazing fresh citrus scent, richly moisturizing cream said to lift the features, redefine facial contours and brighten dark spots and retain it's youthful glow. Yes ladies it lives up to it's description another new ♥ for me. Rumor is that this will be repeated in next months Glossybox.
- L'occitane Immortelle Divine Eyes - A highly essential product to start using in your 20s, I have a love-hate relationship when it comes to eye creams. But first, this gel-cream contour with anti-dark circles and puffiness benefits (my major concerns) aids with this. Great. But I think I'm too thorough with applying eye creams and end up with burning red eyes. FAIL! This love-hate relationship will continue.
- Gatineau Aquamemory Mask - I ♥ this gel-like, freshly scented hydrating mask and have used it before so I was much delighted to see this in my box. It doesn't dry hard, and after 10 min you either wipe away with a damp cotton pad or just rinse it off leaving your skin feeling like little baby bottoms. It can be used 2 to 3 times per week.
- Gatineau Aquamemory Cream - Hydration, hydration, hydration. No dry skin up in here. ♥ it. It smells amazing and leaves skin looking moisturized.
- Colours Xtreme Nail Enamel - A gold glittery nail polish to add to my growing collection. ♥
- Beaute Lip Liner Pencil - I love this berry shade, perfect for winter. I wear this all over my lip with a touch of Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream ♥
- 4Flavour Scarf - As shown above. I have a new love for scarfs, specifically snoods. I tie one end with an opposite end in a knot and wear my scarfs as a snood. Valued at R150 was such a nice Mothers Day gift for all Glossybox moms
- Beaute Pacifique Voucher - A R650 complimentary personal Dermascan Skin Consultation which I'm most likely to give to my best friend because I'm nice like that.
So now for exciting info about next months Glossybox. Glossybox has teamed up with Stuttafords for a limited edition June box filled with luxury treats for its usual price of R130.00. Freaking awesome and exciting. Sign up already. Makes an awesome birthday gift for that special lady friend too.
